As your personal fitness trainer I will support you in finding the fun in movement, working around your schedule and preferences to ensure you can improve your fitness levels on your own terms.
Whether you’d like to improve your cardio fitness, flexibility, strength or mobility, I guide you in a way that is not only enjoyable but effective.
We can train wherever suits you best – if you’re in Berlin we can workout in the park, at your house, or at your place of work. If you’re based somewhere further afield we can workout together online.
