Terms and Conditions for Refuel Experiences
1. General Agreement
By purchasing Refuel Experience single sessions, bundles, or a monthly subscription, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants.
2. Single Session Purchases and Bundles of 4
• No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, accept for in extenuating circumstances, as determined by Refuel.
• Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule a session if you notify us or make the change online at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled class. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
• Bundle Expiry: Sessions purchased in bundles of 4 must be used within the specified validity period (if applicable).
3. Monthly Subscriptions
• Subscription Period: Monthly subscriptions grant access to all eligible Refuel experiences during the subscription term.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription by providing at least one month’s written notice. Cancellation requests submitted within this notice period will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
• Missed Sessions: If you sign up to an experience as part of the subscription but are unable to attend, you are required to cancel your attendance at least 1 day (24 hours before), via the website or by letting us know via WhatsApp or email. Failure to do this will incur a €5 fee, which will be added to your next monthly payment.
4. Session Availability
• The schedule of Refuel experiences is subject to change. While we strive to maintain consistency, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in instructors, times, or locations. Participants will be notified of any major schedule adjustments.
5. Liability and Participation
• Participation in Refuel experience sessions is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in the classes you select. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any doubts.
• Refuel will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.
